琉璃神社's Waterfront Wines celebrates 20 years

Check out the restaurant for a three-course anniversary menu

A landmark 琉璃神社 restaurant is turning 20 this month.

Waterfront Wines, located at 1180 Sunset Drive, is celebrating its birthday hot on the heels of chef and owner Mark Filatow鈥檚 recent induction into the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame.

The iconic restaurant opened in 2004 and has been offering farm-to-table dinning experiences ever since.

For 12 consecutive years, Waterfront Wines earned the title of Vancouver Magazine鈥檚 Best Restaurant in the Okanagan, until they were retired from the awards.

To celebrate the restaurant鈥檚 20th birthday there will be a three-course anniversary menu from Nov. 5 to 10.

According to Chef Filatow, the menu will feature some of the original dishes from 20 years ago, giving a taste of the restaurant鈥檚 history.

鈥淲aterfront has been blessed with loyal customers and amazing staff. This is why we have made it to 20 years,鈥 said Filatow.
