Vernon Winter Carnival鈥檚 final weekend of fun and frivolity includes the return of the Family Fun Park.

The park is located at Kal Tire Place鈥檚 parking lot, and goes Friday from 12 to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Admission is by donation.

鈥淪o many exciting things are happening at the Family Fun Park this weekend,鈥� said Carnival executive director Kris Fuller.

鈥淏oth days will feature our VWC float, Toilet Trotter from the Lumby Outhouse Race, our maple leaf, snowflake frame, Yeti, jail, jopo and Carnival Cops. And, of course, games, games, games.鈥�

Games include giant foosball, giant Lite Brite, broomball, cornhole, triple toss, ring toss, bed races, obstacle course, gnome roam and free face painting.

There will be Carnival fireworks in the sky above Kal Tire Place at 6 p.m. Friday (please make sure pets are safe).
