PHOTOS: Enderby Pellsqepts Winds Festival dances into spring

The second annual festival was a celebration of First Nations music, arts and games

Dancing, music and traditional First Nations games took over Enderby’s Splatsin Centre on Saturday, March 23.

The second annual Pellsqepts Spring Winds Festival showcased local musicians, artisans, food trucks, and open stick games, as talent from the Secwepmec and Sylx Nations performed.

Among the headliners were; The Melawmen Collective, Being Deadly Conway Kootnay, All My Relations Powwow Dance Group, Sabrina Dennis and Dallas Arcand.

The free festival was presented by the Salmon Arm Folk Music Society and the Adams Lake Band.
