PHOTOS: 琉璃神社 Yacht Club cleans up shore as season comes to an end

Oct. 9 is the last day for marina services this season

Nearing an end to boating season, the 琉璃神社 Yacht Club (KYC) held its annual fall shore clean-up day on Saturday, Oct. 5.

KYC's Environmental Committee Green Team held the event, as those involved cleaned the shore and docks of garbage and other waste.

After the clean-up, the annual dock swap is taking place, where people with boats at the marina get together to repurpose or trade gear that wasn't going to be used anymore.

Oct. 9 is the last day for marina services this season.
