Seeking nominees for 2023 Spirit of Peachland Civic Awards

Nominations are open for the 2023 Spirit of Peachland Civic Awards.

The program recognizes Peachlanders for service to their community in areas of excellence, lifetime service, Citizen of the Year, and Freedom of the City Award.

鈥淚t鈥檚 a chance for us to celebrate the hard work and selflessness of so many of our residents, who go above and beyond for their community,鈥 said Mayor Patrick Van Minsel. 鈥淚 encourage everyone to forward the name of a worthy citizen who has made a difference to others and their community and attend the gala in April to help us cheer their efforts.鈥

The nomination deadline is Fri., Mar. 15.

Criteria and nomination forms are available at the Peachland Community Centre or on the .

Residents are also invited to the free awards celebration on Fri., Apr. 26, beginning at 6:30 pm at the Peachland Community Centre.
