Yoga – good for the body and mind.

But add a few adorable kittens and you’ve got a recipe for something that can also touch the soul.

Grattitide Yoga in Salmon Arm hosted a special Cats on Mats yoga session on Sunday, with kittens playing with the yoga participants during the class.

Editor’s Note: The original article said the kittens were from the Shuswap Branch of the SPCA and to benefit that organization. This was in error. This event was not related to the SPCA. It was put on to help rescue kittens for Shuswap Salvaged, who according to their Facebook page, is doing animal rescue work. All kittens came from Shuswap Salvaged. The Observer apologizes for any confusion this may have caused.
