Music in the Park comes to an end for the 2024 season on Friday, Aug. 23.

As the summer starts to come to a close, so does West 琉璃神社's Music in the Park series.

Friday, Aug. 23 is the last concert of the season and it's sure to bring the noise to Memorial Park.

The show will start at 6:30 p.m. with an emerging artist. Following them, Okanagan singer/songwriter Ryan Donn will hit the stage, playing original soft rock acoustic songs and covers.

And at 8 p.m., country music goes rogue with headliner Shalisa Trio, who blends vintage and modern sounds to create their own country/pop-blues vibe.

People who plan on attending should bring lawn chairs or blankets. There will be a fun zone with games and activities for kids and food trucks for those who want to grab some dinner during the show.

Music in the Park takes place at the Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre at Memorial Park, located at 3737 Old Okanagan Highway.
