鈥淧erforming Yes Yes Yes requires me to be both an actor and a facilitator,鈥� describes McCracken. 鈥淚鈥檓 鈥榳ith鈥� the audience, there鈥檚 no fourth wall. I鈥檓 sometimes asking them to think about things that are scary, as asking them to do things like get on stage with me. They can feel like big asks, so they need to trust me.鈥�
Bishop adds: 鈥淭he belief that change comes from us empathizing with each other鈥檚 stories. Theatre is really good at creating empathy because there is a person standing right in front of you.鈥�
