For the second 鈥� and final 鈥� time this fall, movie night is coming to Penticton鈥檚 Slackwater Brewing in support of the Apex Freestyle Club.

The venue hosts the showing of a brand-new ski movie The Land of Giants, on Thursday night, Nov. 23.

Funds raised from the event will go toward the development of youth skiers and future athletes in the region.

A similar event was held on Nov. 2, with prizes, giveaways and a beer break sandwiched in between the showing of two movies among the headliners.

This time around, those in attendance can expect to watch a film that features the best skiers in the world on some of the world鈥檚 most impressive hills in B.C., Idaho and Japan, among others.

Tickets for the event, which starts at 6 p.m., can be purchased

The movie-themed fundraiser has become an annual event at Slackwater Brewing, with thousands raised for local athletes every year.
