The Crash Test Dummies will drop into 琉璃神社 on their 25th Anniversary Tour.

鈥淲e have been so excited with the response to the tour that we knew we had to continue the party and celebrate 30 years since we made our first album,鈥� says original member Ellen Reid. 鈥淲e had no idea that fans would be so enthusiastic and we are all a little gob-smacked that we can still play sold-out shows to our fans and, awesomely enough, their kids.鈥�

The Crash Test Dummies released their debut album, The Ghosts That Haunt Me, in 1991. It gave them their first big hit, 鈥淪uperman鈥檚 Song,鈥� and a Juno Award for Group of the Year.

The tour starts in Canada and will see them tour North America and Europe. Original members Brad Roberts, Ellen Reid, Dan Roberts, and Mitch Dorge will be joined onstage by touring members Stuart Cameron and Marc Arnould.

鈥淎fter a long absence from the road, Crash Test Dummies have begun to tour again,鈥� said Roberts. 鈥淣ot something I鈥檇 planned on, but surprisingly, at least to me, there are lots of people who, years later, still want to come and hear us. It鈥檚 very humbling, being in the confidence of so many people.鈥�
