West 琉璃神社 Witches Paddle on Okanagan Lake.

Double, double toil and trouble, fire burn and Okanagan Lake bubble.

A coven of witches, donning pointy hats and black caps, launched from Pritchard Beach on Oct. 5 for the annual West 琉璃神社 Witches Paddle.

The gathering set sail on their paddle boards and kayaks at about 1 p.m. for a cruise around the lake.

Organized by Tammy Sokoloski Bachelier, dozens of finely dressed witches showed up for the annual event.

While the sun was shining it was reportedly a bit breeze on the waters of the Okanagan Lake, but nothing too blustery for the mysterious group.
