Starting June 1, the will offer dinner service nightly, in addition to lunch, throughout the season.
Executive chef Jeremy Tucker returns to Vineyard Terrace Restaurant for a third season this summer. "Mother nature has been very kind to CedarCreek," Tucker said in a press release, "so we work hard at being nature鈥檚 equal in all other ways."
"We put incredible effort into the little things that make a visit to the winery as remarkable as the views that surround it. In our efforts to showcase our land, we have always partnered with local farmers and I am proud to say that all of our produce comes from Okanagan farms with some meats from the Interior. We get 80 per cent of all our ingredients from B.C. and the goal is to get to 10 per cent," Tucker said.
"We have invested in significant upgrades to the Vineyard Terrace making it an exquisite dining experience, even in inclement weather," said CedarCreek general manager Scott Locke. "It will be our first season serving lunch as well as dinner every day of the week. But the support we have received from our community and visitors, the increasing quest for real food, sustainable dining and the outstanding reviews we have garnered are an indication of a great season to come."
