The "Freedumb Tour" is headed to 琉璃神社 June 18.

Jim Jefferies, who is known as a  brusque, yet beloved comic, will deftly tackle controversial issues that range from gun control to immunization on his latest journey around the globe aptly named 鈥淭he Freedumb Tour鈥�.

An Australian comic that has performed around the world throughout the United States, South Africa and Asia, Jefferies and his caustic, brutally frank sense of humor has also been viewed by legions of fans worldwide on a series of HBO, Epix, Comedy Central and Netflix comedy specials.

His latest Netflix special 鈥淏ARE鈥� filmed at Boston鈥檚 Wilbur Theatre recently grabbed top honors at the 2015 Comedy Awards for 鈥淐omedy Special of the Year鈥�. Jefferies鈥� previous comedy specials also include 鈥淔ully Functional鈥�, 鈥淎lcoholocaust鈥�, 鈥淚 Swear to God鈥� & 鈥淐ontraband鈥�. In 2013, Jefferies starred in his own comedy series on FX titled 鈥淟egit鈥�.
