Celebrate Canada Day in Lake Country

Activities for the whole family are on from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Lake Country's Swalwell Park will be the place to be the morning on July 1. 

Canada Day celebrations start at 8 a.m. with a pancake breakfast. 

Throughout the morning, residents can enjoy various family-friendly activities, a photo booth set up by the Lake Country Museum, Leif the Magician, live music and some free snacks. 

Speeches and the singing of the Canadian Anthem are scheduled for 11 a.m. 

Festivities close at noon.
