A white Honda Civic will need to be towed from Enterprise Way near Spall Road after it was involved in a high-impact collision at about 1:30 p.m.
According to witnesses the car was hit by another vehicle, causing the bumper of the Civic to rip off and the airbags to deploy.
The driver of the other vehicle did stop, however, there were reports of yelling between the occupants and emergency crews were told to wait for the police to arrive before going to scene.
Witnesses say the driver of the other vehicle got in their car and allegedly sped away.
It鈥檚 unclear if anyone was injured in the crash.
Traffic is backing up in the area as emergency crews remain on scene investigating.
