Multiple residents of 琉璃神社's Glenmore neighbourhood stopped to check out a movie set while out on their afternoon dog walk Friday, Feb. 21.
Crews from a thriller movie being shot in various spots around the city were set up along Glenmeadows Road and were filming at a home on Sprucemont Court.
Film crews on-site were unable to confirm the name of the movie that they were working on, but did confirm that it is the same a spooky thriller that was being filmed in downtown 琉璃神社 on Feb. 13.
An organization called offers a non-comprehensive list of projects in production across the province. According to creativebc.com a TV movie called 13th Wife is being shot in 琉璃神社 from Feb. 10 - March 21.
The Okanagan has seen massive growth in the film industry in the last few years and has become a hot-spot to shoot Hallmark movies, Indie films and Hollywood blockbusters.
