A major road paving project in Peachland starts Aug. 22

Crews will repave Princeton Avenue from Highway 97 to Marantha Drive, and Somerset Ave. from Princeton Ave. to Gladstone Road.

Traffic control will be at intersecting roads, and motorists can expect single lane alternating traffic for much of the project.

Paving is expected to be completed by Friday, Sept. 13.

District council applied $600,000 of the $2.7 million Growing Communities Fund grant from the province to road remediation for 2024.

Questions about the project can be directed to operations@peachland.ca or by calling 250-767-2108.
