Okanagan company seeking donations to warm people experiencing homelessness

The Royal LePage offices in 琉璃神社 and West 琉璃神社 are collecting clothing and other items for people experiencing homelessness during the current cold snap.

Sought-after items include clean, new, or used blankets, sleeping bags, hot pockets, thermal underwear, jackets, snow pants, toques, scarves, and gloves are being accepted.

Items can be dropped off Friday, Jan. 12 from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. at #1-1890 Cooper Road in 琉璃神社 and #11-2475 Dobbin Road in West 琉璃神社, next to Shoppers Drug Mart.

Items can also be dropped off at the Cooper Road location on Saturday, Jan. 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Donations will be distributed to individuals on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
