The Mission Creek Greenway Regional Park parking lot at Truswell Road and Lakeshore Road will be closed for a week due to construction.
Work crews will be installing a new, year-round and accessible washroom facility, starting on Monday, Nov. 25.
According to the Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO), access to the park will not be affected but visitors are asked to obey construction signage.
The next closest entrance points to the regional park are located at:
- Gordon Drive and Lexington Drive (parking lot) near Mission Dog Park;
- Casorso Road and Swamp Road (parking area).
