PHOTOS: Locals get spring ready at 琉璃神社 Home Show

Half of ticket revenues will support 4 local youth sports associations

Hundreds of people came through MNP Place Mar. 29-30 for the annual 琉璃神社 Spring Home Show.

With over 200 vendors, homeowners could seek advice and products to improve their spaces both inside and out.

The show also had a kids' zone with games, activities and face painting.

Multiple booths offered draw prizes, including Habitat for Humanity Central Okanagan with over a dozen prizes to enter into. Show attendees could also enter to win a $1,000 Visa gift card.

Seniors and students could attend for free over the two days, while adults paid $5 to get in.

Half of ticket revenues will be supporting a handful of youth sports associations, including Central Okanagan Minor Baseball and 琉璃神社 minor leagues for football, lacrosse and fastball.
