琉璃神社 75+ men's hockey team wins gold at summer games

In an event that celebrates British Columbia athletes aged 55 and over, it was a 琉璃神社 team aged 75 and over that took home one of the gold medals.

The Zone 5 琉璃神社 Challenge won gold in the men's ice hockey 75+ category at the 55+ BC Summer Games in Salmon Arm in September.

The 琉璃神社 Challenge consisted of: Rick Gordon, Don Campbell, Dave Cousins, Dale Andreas, Bryan Boughton, Kevin McDowell, Harry Brust, Peter Litt, Dave Bartel, Bob Sander, Klaus Verleih, and Edgar Mosley.

In total, Zone 5 won six medals at the games.
