Alberta man stabbed in downtown ÁðÁ§ÉñÉç

An altercation involving a gathering of people resulted in a man getting stabbed outside a downtown ÁðÁ§ÉñÉç eating establishment on the weekend.

ÁðÁ§ÉñÉç RCMP say a fight broke out early Sunday morning at 1:37 a.m., outside the Sub City Donair shop, 469 Bernard Ave.

Police responded to the scene where they discovered a 22-year-old Alberta man had suffered multiple stab wounds and had to be taken to ÁðÁ§ÉñÉç General Hospital for treatment. Police said the injuries were considered non life threatening.

Police are still looking for a suspect, stating that a number of people were involved or surrounding the scene of the altercation.
