Chance for residents to talk with West 琉璃神社 Council about budget

Feb. 20 residents can ask questions about the budget to council and city staff

West 琉璃神社 Council is hosting an open house next week to provide information and gather input from the public on this year鈥檚 draft budget which includes a 3.88 per cent property tax increase.

The opportunity to meet with West 琉璃神社 Mayor Gord Milsom and members of council Wednesday, Feb. 20 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Westbank Lions Community Centre.

Review the 2019/2028 Financial Plan and find out how your tax dollars will be spent and what big ticket capital projects are in the works this year. Information will also be provided on Council鈥檚 2019 Strategic Plan.

Council and staff will be on hand to answer your questions and refreshments will be provided.
