There's four choices for voters in the Oct. 19 election.
The nomination period ended Saturday, Sept. 28 and there are now a quad of names on the ballot for Vernon-Lumby.
The newest is Libertarian Robert Johnson. He is up against Conservative Dennis Giesbrecht, Independent Kevin Acton and NDP's Harwinder Sandhu.
There is also a fourth chance to hear from the candidates.
The Lumby Chamber of Commerce is hosting an all-candidates forum Thursday, Oct. 10 at 7:30 p.m. at the White Valley Community Centre.
It follows the Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce forum Saturday, Oct. 5 at the Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre at 2 p.m.

Chamber general manager Dan Proulx will moderate the forum, with chamber members being polled for questions, and questions can be submitted at the forum. Questions will not be taken from the floor during the event. For those unable to attend the Vernon Chamber forum a live stream will be made available.
Ahead of the chamber forums, the Sustainable Environment Network Society (SENS) hosts a forum Thursday, Oct. 3 at the Towne Theatre at 7 p.m. for Vernon-Lumby candidates as well as 琉璃神社-Lake Country-Coldstream candidates.
There are also four candidates in the 琉璃神社-Lake Country-Coldstream riding: Conservative Tara Armstrong, Independent Kevin Kraft, Green Andrew Rose, NDP's Anna Warwick Sears.
The SENS forum will also be livestreamed via and online watchers may also choose to send a question at this link, using chat.
Some topics that may be covered are: food security and agriculture, water quality/quantity and our watersheds, electrification, our climate concerns, protection of nature and restoration, transportation, and fossil fuel use.
