On Sunday May 28, in communities across the province, more than 4,000 participants came together for British Columbia’s annual Scotiabank MS Walk, including right here in ÁðÁ§ÉñÉç.

About 400 people participated in the ÁðÁ§ÉñÉç walk which surpassed its $55,000 fundraising goal.

Funds raised from Scotiabank MS Walk support innovative research into the cause, treatment and cure of MS as well as valuable services, programs and advocacy for Canadians affected by MS.

On Sunday May 28, in communities across the province, over 4,000 participants will come together for British Columbia’s annual Scotiabank MS Walk to demonstrate their power in helping to change the lives of Canadians living with multiple sclerosis (MS).

Almost 400 participants are expected to take part in the ÁðÁ§ÉñÉç Walk, a family-oriented, community-supported event that raises funds in support of the fight to end MS.

Participants can choose from varying route lengths, including a wheelchair accessible route for participants using mobility aids.

Check-in time 8:30 a.m. and the start time 10 a.m. at Stuart Park near the ice surface
