Update 1:45 p.m.
The mixer has been returned to its rightful owner. A few hours after the 琉璃神社 RCMP announced they were looking for the rightful owner, the man showed up to the detachment with all the proper documentation to pick it up.
According to 琉璃神社 RCMP Media Relations Officer Const. Mike Della-Paolera, the man thought the mixer was gone for good following the break and enter and never bothered to report it stolen.
