琉璃神社 Mounties are asking for witnesses of a weekend attack to come forth.

The 琉璃神社 RCMP responded  June 12 at 12:19 a.m., to a report of a man who had been attacked by as many as four suspects near Cawston Avenue and Water Street.

"RCMP located the victim, who walked towards the Rotary Centre for the Arts for help, with passerby鈥檚 who stopped to assist," said Const. Jesse O'Donaghey, in a press release.

"Police have been told that one of the suspects was described as a First Nation male, approximately 30 years old, five-foot-11 tall, with short hair, seen wearing a jacket and jeans. The victim鈥檚 wallet was described as black leather, it contained his personal identification and credit cards."

The investigation is ongoing at this time and the RCMP is seeking the public鈥檚 assistance.
