Mounties need information on West 琉璃神社 pedestrian involved collision

A 28-year-old Surrey man, was transported to hospital. He reportedly sustained relatively minor non-life threatening injuries

RCMP are investigating after a pedestrian involved collision which sent a man to hospital with non-life threatening injuries last night.

The West 琉璃神社 RCMP received a report of a pedestrian involved collision  April 21  at 7:13 p.m.,at the intersection of Main Street and Elliott Road in West 琉璃神社.

Police determined that a blue Mazda 3 was west bound on Main Street approaching the intersection of Elliott Road when the driver allegedly struck a man walking southbound across the intersection, said Const. Jesse O'Donaghey, in a press release.

The pedestrian, a 28-year-old Surrey man, was transported to hospital. He reportedly sustained relatively minor non-life threatening injuries as a result of the incident.

The driver, a 55-year-old West 琉璃神社 woman, remained at the scene.

The police investigation is ongoing at this time. Information provided by witnesses at the scene was not conclusive. Charges have not been laid at this time.
