RCMP are investigating the circumstances of a deceased person discovered on Vermilion Avenue this morning.
Two cruisers and two ambulances attended the scene at the Vermillion Centre, which houses a dental clinic and apartment units.
The ambulances and at least four paramedics left the scene at noon.
An officer remaining on the scene could not release details.
A resident of the building, who was standing outside, said there are seven apartments in the building, and four of them are occupied.
He described the building as a quiet place to live.
