The Integrated Crisis Response Team will remain staffed with four members along with a mental health and crisis nurse on two of those teams.

The Gang Enforcement Team will also operate in 琉璃神社 and area throughout the summer.

鈥淵ou can expect an increase in BC Highway Patrol and traffic services resources on the roads,鈥 added Triance. 鈥淭hey will be committed to assisting us with motor vehicle incidents that are serious in nature, taking that burden off our frontline response.鈥

Triance told council there will be an expanded RCMP response throughout the city on Canada Day.

The RCMP鈥檚 provincial marine section will also continue enforcement on key weekends at marinas, boat launches and on Okanagan lakes.
