Police are on the lookout for a vehicle connected to suspects involved in a Vancouver Island theft and are now believed to be targeting Salmon Arm businesses.
The vehicle is a 2022 grey Ford Explorer bearing the Quebec licence plate FSH7910.
Salmon Arm RCMP media liaison Const. Andrew Hodges said the vehicle had been 鈥渨itnessed being occupied by suspects involved in a theft on Vancouver Island.鈥�
鈥淭he suspects appear to be two males between 30-50 years old, and of Middle Eastern descent,鈥� said Hodges in a March 14 media release. 鈥淭he occupants appear to now be targeting Salmon Arm businesses, in particular electronics, cell phones, and possibly jewelry.鈥�
Hodges asks anyone who may have seen the vehicle to contact their local police and advise of its location.
鈥淒o not approach,鈥� warned Hodges.
