Teeny tiny replica home full of big books in Penticton

A Penticton resident has created a Little Free Library that is an adorable mini replica of the house at that address.

鈥淲e just love this latest submission to our list of Little Libraries. This cute mini house on 1718 Ridgedale Avenue matches the owner鈥檚 house,鈥 said the city of Penticton.

According to the owner, someone in the neighbourhood added the tiny yellow chairs to the front entrance of the little library, which also match the real-life chairs on their porch.

The Ridgedale Avenue library has books for all ages, including kids, said the owners.

Another Little Free Library at 580 Braid Street also matches the home behind it.

Penticton residents have embraced the idea of Little Free Libraries with more than 20 鈥榯ake a book, give a book鈥 wooden buildings around town. Each one has a great story behind it.
