More tense video is emerging of residents escaping from Fort McMurray, where wildfires have consumed major neighbourhoods of the city and continue to threaten more communities to the south.
This dash cam video was posted by a resident of the city's Beacon Hill neighbourhood as encroaching flames forced him to flee his home. (More of his dash cam videos below.)
The fires have so far forced the evacuation of nearly 90,000 people and caused widespread devastation.
More than 1,600 homes and other buildings in the area are destroyed.
