has released a new image of its $60-million condominium development, 1151 Sunset Dr.

Okanagan-based has updated the original design of the project, which is a 21-storey condo located in the heart of downtown 琉璃神社.

With construction being completed downtown on the Interior Health Authority building and the Okanagan Centre for Innovation by the end of 2016, more than 1,200 permanent jobs will be injected into the downtown core.

Kerkhoff Construction announced last week that it has assumed full control of the condo project and renamed it 1151 Sunset Drive based on its street address. The project will start construction in September 2016 and will be completed in 2018.
