TAKE NOTICE THAT on October 23, 2024 an order was made for service on you of a Petition issued from the KELOWNA Registry of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in proceeding number S-H-141239 by way of this advertisement.

In the proceeding, the plaintiff/petitioner claims the following relief against RICHARD JAMES TAYLOR whom you hold a judgment against:
