Alexander Raymond (Ray) Mayuk

November 1, 1949 - October 1, 2017

Ray passed away peacefully at 琉璃神社 General Hospital on October 1st, 2017, surrounded by his family.

He was born November 1st, 1949 in Dauphin Manitoba. He came to 琉璃神社 with his family as a teenager.

Ray was a long time employee of People's Food Market and IGA.

He loved being outdoors, working on projects, fishing, camping, and enjoyed playing horseshoes and cribbage. 

Ray was predeceased by his mother Anne and his father Mike Mayuk. He is survived by his sons, Jason (Amanda), Graham (Anne), Eric (Avital) Mayuk and grandchildren Aaron, Keith and Ava Mayuk; his sister Dianne (Isadore) Woronchak; brother Eugene (Elsie) Mayuk; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Ukrainian Orthodox Hall, 1935 Barlee Road, 琉璃神社 at 2 pm on Saturday, October 21st, 2017.
