Passed away on January 19, 2017 at the age of 69.  Survived by his loving family: brother Jack (Gloria) Johal; daughter Chantal (Tom) Haske and their son Ethan; numerous nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his parents Kabal and Raokaur, sister Banti and brother Gulbant.  A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 28th at 1:00 pm at the Mission Creek Alliance Church, 2091 Springfield Road, 琉璃神社, BC; followed by a Prayer Service at the Sikh Temple, 1111 Rutland Road North, 琉璃神社, BC.  With respect to traditions, a head covering is expected at the Temple.  For more about Bikar鈥檚 life or to offer condolences, please visit www.springfieldfuneralhome.com,
