September 25, 1929 - June 23, 2018
Gerald "Gerry" Harry Lord, born on September 25, 1929 in New Westminster, BC, to the late Dorothy Lindroth, passed away peacefully at age 88 on June 23, 2018 at Cottonwoods Care Center in 琉璃神社, BC. 

Gerry worked for 35 years for the City of 琉璃神社 and retired in 1993 as the Civic Properties Foreman. He had a love for reading books, spending summers at his cabin on Shuswap Lake and simply puttering around in his workshop. 

Gerry is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Susan; his daughters, Carrie (Corey Lange) and Jodi; sister, Gayle Sommer (John); and grandchildren, Joshua, Brayden, and Kaleb. He was preceded  by his brother, Bruce Lindroth. 

The family invites donations in Gerry's name to the 琉璃神社 Cancer Society. Friends and family are welcome to attend the celebration of life on Saturday, July 7 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 235 Gibbs Rd West, 琉璃神社, BC.
