1928-2021 ~ Peacefully on March 3rd, 2021, Victoria passed away at Glenmore Lodge in 琉璃神社. Born at Canora, Sask to Peter and Ystyna (Pysemny) Ratushiak. She had lived on the farm until her marriage to Nickolas Marchinko in 1947.
She was predeceased by her parents, husband Nick, son Brian, brothers Paul, Steve, Bill, sisters Mary and Ann. Left to mourn are her son Randy (Bonnie), daughter-in-law Bonnie, grandchildren Melissa(Andy), Kerry (Julie), Paul (Lily), Elan (Jeff); great grandchildren Colton, Dayton, Jeannie, Sasha, Cicily, Samara and Scarlett.
Mom was a bright and capable woman, whatever she did was done well. She was an accomplished knitter, crocheter, cook, baker, sewer to name a few things she did so well. From Career store manager, Royal Purple Honored Royal Lady, Ranger leader, choir member and the list goes on, she had many varied activities and pursuits. Vicky was a member of St. Michael's Cathedral.
She and Dad travelled to many places near and far; a dream they always had and pursued. She had a wonderful like, loved and was loved dearly. She summed it all up in one of her final conversations; "I have no regrets".

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in her name to your favorite charity if you wish. A Celebration of Mom's Life will be scheduled for a later date.
