An interesting suggestion has been made by Brian Mellis, to reuse an existing building for the new city hall for West 琉璃神社. The Zellers site is huge, central and with a very large parking lot.
If Battersea Power Station can become the world famous Tate modern why can't Zellers become our city hall?
Let's do something innovative and put West 琉璃神社 on the map as a city which chose not to use yet more concrete.
