The Okanagan Gymnastics Centre Acrobatic Gymnastics team made its presence felt at the first meet of the season in Edmonton, March 10 to 12.

The Saltos Gym Challenge brought together hundreds of athletes from all over Alberta and BC.

Cheyanna Wolf, Ava Murray and Kristen Riopel competed for their very first time in Level 6 Women鈥檚 Group and won the gold medal.

Robert Knight and Taya Vliek, a Mixed Pair in Level 7 brought home gold in their division.

Natalia Johnson and Charli Hall, Level 8 Women鈥檚 Pair, were second in their Dynamic Routine and fourth in their Balance Routine, with a fourth overall.

Brie-Lynn Sargeant and Megan Bailie were fourth in Dynamic and Second in Balance with a Bronze overall. Ava Clark and Sara Ross won first in both Dynamic and Balance routines with an overall Gold medal.

The OGC earned some valuable competitive experience as it prepares for upcoming events including ones in Texas, Vegas, California and Toronto.
