Many business around the Okanagan took home awards at the 13th Annual BDO LLP Thompson Okanagan Commercial Building Awards.
The awards took place on Thursday, Sept. 27 at the Coast Capril Hotel in ÁðÁ§ÉñÉç.
In total, there were 37 finalists at the event, which celebrates the best commercial, industrial, community and multi-family buildings across the entire Okanagan.
One of the most prestigious awards is the Judges’ Choice Best Overall award, which was won by Okanagan College ÁðÁ§ÉñÉç Student Residences.
Additionally, ÁðÁ§ÉñÉç's Bird Construction won the Award of Excellence in the Affordable Housing category.

Multi-Family Townhome: The Monarch - Vernon;

Purpose Built Rental: The Arbour Phase II - ÁðÁ§ÉñÉç;
Retail: Sweláps Market - Kamloops.
