Good Lemonade Day returns this summer in support of 琉璃神社's JoeAnna's House

The fundraiser helps provide accommodation for for families travelling to 琉璃神社 for a loved one's hospital care

A refreshing fundraiser is set to take place once again across several B.C. communities.

The fourth annual Good Lemonade Day will take place on June 14 at various times in the afternoon to support JoeAnna's House in 琉璃神社, a home-away-from-home that provides accommodation for families from all over the province who need to travel to 琉璃神社 for a loved one's hospital care. The family-friendly event provides a refreshing beverage while raising funds and encouraging children and youth to support each other in the community.

Prestige Hotels and Resorts is the founder of JoeAnna's House, named in honour of Prestige founders Josef and Anna Huber. Good Lemonade Day is Prestige's way to continuously raise funds to support its daily operations, as well as future expansion plans which will see 10 more units added to the facility. Laing Roofing will once again help organize the event.

"We鈥檙e very pleased to have Laing Roofing back as the presenting sponsor, allowing 100 per cent of proceeds to go directly to JoeAnna鈥檚 House," stated Amy Nunn of Prestige Hotels and Resorts.

Every Prestige Hotels and Resorts location in the province will be hosting a lemonade stand from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
