Sensitive Santa is coming to 琉璃神社 for the 3rd year in a row this weekend.

Autism Okanagan in partnership with Tracey and Quincy Vrecko are excited to bring Sensitive Santa back to the Okanagan for special Santa visits.

Sensitive Santa is a special program for families with children living on the autism spectrum. These Santa visits are set in a sensory friendly environment with low lights, no music and no crowds. Visits are by appointment only so families have a full five minutes with the big man himself.

The event is being held in 琉璃神社 at Orchard Park Mall on Dec. 3 and 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. and at 鈥淪anta鈥檚 Studio鈥� at 1379 Ellis Street on Dec. 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Get into the spirit of giving with the 琉璃神社 Regional Transit System.

BC Transit and its regional partners invite you to pop by the Real Canadian Superstore in 琉璃神社 and West 琉璃神社 on Dec. 3, to help Stuff the Bus with food and cash donations.

Look for the BC Transit bus at both locations from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday and help make someone鈥檚 season a little brighter.

Donations will go to the 琉璃神社 and West 琉璃神社 Food Banks.

KSS presents Christmas at St. Michaels Church on Sutherland on Dec. 17.

Featuring KSS Chamber Choir, KSS Vocal Jazz Ensemble, KSS Choral Alumni, it will be led by music director Sheila French with special guest Matt Hill, St. Michael鈥檚 Director of Music.

Show Times at 2 and 7 p.m. with admission by donation and proceeds to the KSS Music Department and 琉璃神社 Food Bank.

A seniors鈥� housing options information session is taking place Dec. 14 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Seniors Outreach & Resource Centre #115 - 2065 Benvoulin Court.

This free information session will cover the various housing options available to seniors, including Subsidized Housing, Supportive Living, Assisted Living, and Residential Care.

The Westside Senior鈥檚 Activity Centre is hosting a Christmas dinner, family style Dec. 25 at their new venue at 3661 鈥� Old Okanagan Hyw.

Doors open at 1 p.m. with music and socializing and dinner is at 2:30 p.m.
