Lake Country high school students to host second drive-thru fundraiser

The money goes towards GESS’ grade 12 students and their graduating activities

The class of 2024 at George Elliot Secondary School (GESS) in Lake Country are hosting another drive-thru fundraiser.

On Tuesday, April 16, the grade 12 students will be hosting a drive-thru in the school’s parking lot raising money for their graduation activities.

A variety of breakfast options will be available from Starbucks, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, and more as well as gift bags from the ÁðÁ§ÉñÉç International Airport (YLW). The fundrasier also receives support from IGA, Two Donkeys Bakery, Save-On-Foods, and Nesters Market.

Breakfast is by donation.

The fundraiser is taking place from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. or while supplies last. GESS is located at 10241 Bottom Wood Lake Road.
