The Central Okanagan's four Conservative MLAs have been given shadow cabinet posts.
In making the announcement, leader John Rustad said the entire shadow cabinet is set to hold the provincial government, led by Premier David Eby, accountable while offering an alternative vision for the future of the province.

Central Okanagan MLAs in the shadow cabinet:
- Macklin McCall (West 琉璃神社-Peachland) - Emergency Management;
- Kristina Loewen (琉璃神社-Centre) - Rural Housing and Building Code;
- Gavin Dew (琉璃神社-Mission) - Jobs, Economic Development and Innovation;
- Tara Armstrong (琉璃神社-Lake Country-Coldstream) - Social Development and Poverty Reduction.
- Amelia Boultbee (Penticton-Summerland) - Children and Family Development.
Premier David Eby unveiled his new cabinet on Nov. 18.
According to a Conservative Party of B.C. media release, the shadow cabinet is designed to provide critique of government policies and offer potential solutions to the issues affecting British Columbia.
