The 琉璃神社 Falcons are looking for host families for the upcoming season.
The season begins at the end of May with the student-athletes arriving just a few days before. While the season goes into August, players are only in 琉璃神社 for half of the season because of road games.
鈥淔alcons鈥� players, who are 18-22 years old, have been trained to be responsible, self-sufficient and extremely helpful. These student-athletes are coming from extremely prestigious baseball programs and are coming to 琉璃神社 to work and build on their craft,鈥� a Falcons statement reads. 鈥淗ost families receive an unbelievable summer directly impacting the life of a young student-athlete while learning about a different culture and the ins and outs of baseball.鈥�
Host families will receive two season tickets, a grocery allowance, and be part of a special season-end celebration barbecue.
