Multiple people were reportedly injured after a truck drove through the front wall of the Salmon Arm Medical Clinic.
The incident happened at about 1:30 p.m., Thursday at 581 Hudson Street.
According to those on the scene, the vehicle smashed through the wall of the building into the waiting room.
A senior was seen being removed from the clinic on a stretcher. The vehicle remains at least 10 feet inside the building.
Fire crews said several people had been taken to hospital with injuries.
The fire department has taped off the site and emergency crews remain on scene.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
