Did someone steal your stuff? 琉璃神社 Mounties want to know

RCMP officers continue to make efforts to reunite what they believe to be stolen property with its owners, after seizing several items from two theft from auto suspects arrested in Rutland early Monday morning.

The 琉璃神社 RCMP responded  Oct. 24  at 5:39 a.m. to a report of a possible theft from vehicle in progress as an observant citizen witnessed an unknown man with a flash light inside a vehicle parked in the 300 block of Clarissa Road.

"Officers arrived on scene promptly and located two suspects, a man a woman, who were taken into police custody without incident," said Const. Jesse O'Donaghey, in a press release.

The suspects were found in possession of several items police believe to be stolen from various vehicles parked in the area. RCMP continue their efforts to identify the rightful owners and return the recovered stolen property.

鈥淩esidents in the area are being asked to check their vehicles for any signs of entry or theft,鈥 said   O鈥橠onaghey.

If you have been the victim of a theft from your vehicle and have not yet reported the incident to police you are asked to contact the 琉璃神社 RCMP at 250-762-3300,鈥 adds O鈥橠onaghey.

The suspects, a 24-year-old 琉璃神社 man and a 29-year-old 琉璃神社 woman, were held in police custody and face potential charges.
