Divers using Pandosy Street near 琉璃神社 General Hospital are being warned to expect delays for the next two weeks as city crews resurface the road.
The work, now underway and running to June 17, is expected to include delays between between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day, on Pandosy Street from K.L.O. Road to Royal Avenue .
The work will also include a planned closure of Pandosy Street鈥檚 northbound lane beginning Sunday evening, June 12. Southbound traffic and emergency access to the hospital will be maintained throughout the project.
According to city hall, there will be no access to Pandosy Street from side roads within the project area while paving occurs between Tuesday, June 14 and Friday, June 17. During that time, motorists will be able to access Pandosy Street via K.L.O. and Cadder Roads.
To avoid the area, motorists are encouraged to use Richter Street as an alternate route.
Traffic control personnel will be on site directing traffic and every effort will be made to minimize disruptions for motorists, residents and businesses.
This road resurfacing is one of the 11 similar included this year in the city鈥檚 annual Pavement Management Program, which prioritizes the repair of city roads.
